Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind & Incorrect Purchases

We understand that selecting the correct sauna component can sometimes be difficult. We are happy to accept returns for incorrect or unwanted items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and uninstalled

    • In original condition and packaging

    • Free from any signs of installation, wiring, heat exposure, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued for the product value only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to change-of-mind returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of electrical and heating components, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Installed or used electrical components

  • Quartz halogen tubes that have been powered

  • Heating elements showing signs of use

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault

We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

This allows us to lodge a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.

6. Return Process

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

7. Installation & Electrical Disclaimer

All electrical components must be installed by a qualified and licensed professional.

We do not accept returns or warranty claims for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect wiring

  • Incorrect voltage supply

  • Improper installation

  • Lack of ventilation or overheating

Control Boards / PCB Systems

  • 12-month warranty

Quartz Halogen Tubes (Full Spectrum)

  • 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects

8. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or wiring

  • Operation outside specified voltage or load

  • Overheating or lack of ventilation

  • Physical damage or impact

  • Water or moisture ingress

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Use outside intended application
